"8100'FT UP" is a photo essay on my experience navigating the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. The images are displayed in a way to take you through my emotions between the b&w images and color as well as the subject matters. When national lock down went into effect, I lived in Eagle-Vail, Colorado; fifteen minutes away from Vail, CO, the world famous ski mountain. The tourists vanished, the mountains closed, and many people left the valley. We didn't know what to think of the world, but we were 8100'FT up, so we kept riding.
